Find a Ritual or a few that works for you, find a prayer that you can go to, find a book that speaks to you, and find your way back home in your body.
I started to notice this craving about two months ago; I feel overwhelmed and anxious sometimes with life.
Maybe the dopamine hit from the french fries gives me an impact, so I stay with it. But my body hasn’t moved much, and I still need more than the french fries.
