  1. Depression really hurts a lot. It destroys you from within. I am currently going through a phase where nothing seems to go right. Life takes turns where you feel completely devastated but the one hope which keeps us alive is ” Good times are bound to come”

  2. It does hurt like hell I agree. And I love that saying “good times are bound to come”.
    Over the years trying to understand why I feel a certain way has helped. For example I had looked into my childhood, paid attention to what I eat and what I consumed. Personal my biggest problem is connecting to other in person. We are built to connect. Sometimes I crave it so much it hurts, then I get scared if anyone gets to close. Getting out of my comfort zone helps at times.
